How to Make a Cabin Reservation
Reservations can be made by phone or in person.

Come to the Refuge Headquarters in person during Refuge business
hours.
Important Payment Information
- Payment must be made at the time reservation is completed.
- You may use credit card, cash, check or money order if reservation is made in person at Refuge
headquarters.
- You may use a credit card or check if reservation is by phone.
- Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards can be
accepted.
- Please make checks or money orders payable to "U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service".
- We can only accept checks or money orders issued from
the United States.
Making a change to a reserved cabin
There is a limit of one change per reservation on all Kenai National
Wildlife Refuge cabins provided we can accommodate the change. An
additional $10.00 service fee will be charged for a one time change.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of an existing reservation.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation by close of business on the same day the reservation is made you will receive a full refund for the reservation amount. After close of business the same day you can
cancel an existing reservation but no refund will be issued.
You must have your cabin permit in
your possession while occupying a reservation cabin. Those occupying first
come-first serve non-reservation cabins must be registered upon
occupancy.
